The claim process was super quick and pretty uneventful. I appreciate getting reimbursed so quickly. I think the only thing that felt "weird" was that I felt like I was being blamed for you guys not having received medical records from my previous hospitals. I didn't like having the ultimatum of closing the claim because you hadn't received records. But I appreciate all that you guys do. Thanks for everything.

I’ve called in with questions several times with my policy and always had my questions answered thoroughly. Love Figo and how easy the app makes it to file a claim. I’ve had a few emergency incidents with my cat and it was great to know I can afford it due to the coverage I chose. Also the peace of mind for my pets has been great to have!
