I filed a claim for my 7 month old…
I filed a claim for my 7 month old kitten at the time and all I got was the run around, they said I didn't submits all of the records, what was submitted is all that the Vet had, and sent to them three times. They kept telling me they wrote in their notes to reopen the claim for three months now and nothing. So I cancelled the policy, and will look elsewhere with a new under writer. What a waste of time and money. It gives ASPCA a bad name.

Saving my dear Alexander
Our little beagle got very sick very quickly while we were on vacation, and we ended up driving down Vancouver Island for help. After a very critical number of hours and tests, he was diagnosed with Addison's disease. It turns out that with Addison's if there is an acute episode, the animal may expire, so we are so grateful for the care and for the insurance providing support in such a terrible moment.
My cat fell off our 7th floor balcony!
My cat fell off our 7th floor balcony and it cost me almost $7,000! I was able to get most of it back through the policy I had chosen. The claim was simple through the app. I also was on the phone with a Spot personnel to help fill out the claim. It took less than a week for Spot to refund the money to my bank account. Thank you Spot for your great service!
