VERY HAPPY WITH SPOT!!!
This is the first time I've ever taken out pet insurance, and WOW am I glad I did! I adopted a 3 year old German shepherd, and not knowing his history I thought it might be good to have insurance. Good call.......2 weeks later he had difficulty urinating and had to go the ER, because my vet didn't have an ultrasound tech that day. Well, $2500 later and my dog is fixed. Spot Pet insurance was so easy to deal with. Easy to file the claim and upload all my docs, and reimbursement was QUICK!!! I'm VERY impressed and would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Fetch has been absolutely WONDERFUL (yes I’m screaming it)!! They are compassionate and caring. They give clear direction when I call for help and need assistance. Their payments are so fast and directly deposited. Two weeks or less. I will not purchase pet insurance anywhere else!!!! Please use Fetch for you four legged family members!!

Grossly dissatisfied
My account was a transfer account. I was taking over the account from someone else and was told I needed to set up my own account and the pets information would then be transferred to my account. This was done in February on or about the 12th. The pets do not show under my account on the portal but do show on the mobile app. While trying to submit an invoice on the mobile app I cannot get by the adding a hospital step. I type in the name of the hospital and nothing happens. There are now at least 2 IT tickets in for this account and it hasn't even been a month.
