It took WEEKS to enroll…
I had been trying to enroll via the website for WEEKS, but the credit card transaction kept faulting. Yes I could have called to enroll, but if a company can’t process a simple transaction then that says a lot. Eventually one day my credit card transaction was able to process with the same exact card and information I’d been using for WEEKS. If for some reason the system is down then please post something saying so.

Insure your pets like you do your children!
I have had this insurance for multiple pets over the years and I will be an advocate of Pet insurance and always have it now. Pets are our family, our fur babies. If I did not have this insurance I would have had to let our dog Maverick go due to the cost of his emergency. But, here we are over 3 years later and he is a strong and healthy dog!

Absolutely the WORST pet insurance
Absolutely the WORST pet insurance. I've had the for at least 3 years. My dog had a linpoma spot checked at least 2 years ago. ONE SPOT. Last month he had SEVEN checked. Per his policy (even have a screenshot) a preexisting condition is within the last EIGHTEEN MONTHS!!! Not 2 years ago or the SIX other f*king spots should have been covered. I IMMEDIATELY CANCELLED AND WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. ID RATHER PAY OUT OF POCKET THEN PAY A S*IT COMPANY PLUS MY VET!!!!!

Ridiculous
We've been with fetch for 6 years since our dog came home. The rates have quadrupled over.6 years. The rates have nothing to do with our use. This year they went up 500$ despite no claims in 2 years. We started off paying about 65$/month and with the recent increase it is now 245$. You are 100% better off just making yourself a saving account. We've paid this company more than. 10000$ with about a 400$ use once. So ridiculous. The customer service is terrible and unable to provide any assistance.
