I think the only thing that felt "weird" was that I felt like I was being blamed for you guys not having received medical records from my previous hospitals. I didn't like having the ultimatum of closing the claim because you hadn't received records. But I appreciate all that you guys do. Thanks for everything.

I’ve called in with questions several times with my policy and always had my questions answered thoroughly. Love Figo and how easy the app makes it to file a claim. ManyPets has given me great piece of mind in knowing that I will get fully or partially reimbursed for most of my fur babies care unless it’s something that they don’t cover of course, but their coverage is great. I have a dog and a cat. I’m so glad that I purchased it. The coverage includes wellness exams. If you have the other coverage as well and not just for the wellness exam, it also covers flea and tick meds as well as many emergencies. Some companies don’t cover for heartworm or flea and tick meds, so that coverage is very helpful.
