Figo has been easy to understand
Figo has been easy to understand, easy to get signed up, easy to use. This is our first time with pet insurance so I was a little worried how it would all go down. We had a claim during our pup's first year and I have to say, Figo made the process very easy. I was missing something they needed and they contacted our vet themselves and got what they needed, and they included me in the email loop. We just finished year one and will continue on with Figo.

Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money. They will say everything is “preexisting”. I tried to make a claim about several things that had never occurred before and they said it was all “pre existing” they will try and correlate every issue with something in a past chart to justify their denial. Then they raise the prices drastically. I was paying $75 then they jumped it to $100. No claims ever covered, no change in health status. Just an unjustified price hike.

They need to have better service
Embrace needs to be more efficient with there refunds. It took three months for them to issue a refund. The reason was they were emailing and not faxing the request. Disappointed
