Too expensive
I will give them credit for direct payment which is nice but my monthly payments were not great. They just upped my monthly payment to almost $300 for a one year one old medium dog, with no pre-existing conditions.

Intentionally cancelled my policy
Intentionally cancelled my policy. I being a customer for over 8years. And suddenly receive an email that my policy cancelled. No communication before. Seems , now my pet is getting older and they know it will cost them. Stay away from this company

I love spot pet insurance they do what they claim! After 1 month of having it my dog started having seizures for no reason he had to visit the vet 2 times for testing and meds! After meeting my deducible spot pet insurance refunded me back what I paid for his vet visits! Claims are easy and fast! Customer Service is fast to answer and easy to contact! Great service!
