Calling customer service is fast and easy, they are nice and very helpful. The humans you hire to answer the phones are wonderful. My Maltese puppy almost had to have surgery, but the 4th blood test ruled out surgery. But, in case he would of needed surgery I was very happy I have your insurance! You can do all the research and reading on a animal but there is something that pops up that you missed, and did not show up at the first exam when you brought your puppy home. Thank goodness for your insurance!

We pay (now) about $90/month plus…
We pay (now) about $90/month plus WellCare. It bothers me that we bring our dog for a yearly check-up with required vaccines/shots and none of those weee covered. So would like to know why we should have WellCare??? A $383 vet bill and Pets best only paid out $155. Very disappointed.
