So many questions

Disappointed
Took way too long to process claim, and the coverage rarely pays for anything. For a healthy pet I will set the $62 aside every month and pay my vet bills. Cost went up $7 a month in January. I was never given any notice that the premium was increasing. Very disappointing service.

Great pet insurance claim submission is easy
I was concerned that there may be a lengthy process in submitting the claim or a long wait for review of medical records if and when the med records received from my vet. Submitting the claim was quick and easy. Within 3 days after the claim was submitted, Spot Pet Insurance sent notification claim processed and reimbursement within 2-3 business days.

I had a claim recently that Embrace…
I had a claim recently that Embrace denied because of a pre-existing condition. So, I contacted my vet to find out what condition was being referred to. My vet wrote an email explaining that it was not pre-existing, Embrace reviewed it, and agreed and they covered the costs. But, the Embrace email said that there continued to be a pre-existing condition. So, my vet challenged that saying that the test used on my pet was before she became my vet and that test has been declared inconclusive and no longer considered valid. Embrace reviewed this and agreed so my pet no longer has a pre-existing condition on her record. I have never had an insurance company take issues like this seriously and reconsider their decision which Embrace did and I really appreciate.

My 3lb chihuahua broke his leg and i was charged $412 for an xray, consultation and cast. (No surgery) thanks to Spot insurance i didn’t have to worry! Because 2 days later i got 80% of my money back. Best decision I ever made.
