Spot is the best! I submitted a claim & it was processed by the next day! Their team is also amazing & sent lots of free goodies to my pup when we joined. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for good pet insurance!

Embrace was with me all the way
Embrace was with me all the way when my sweet kitty, Ghost, got sick. They refunded my expenses in a timely manner and made me feel like my Ghost mattered to them. I selected mailed refunds, which take much longer but I still received my refund within 3 weeks. If I had opted for Direct Deposit it would have been 2-4 days

Awesome job
I have nothing but great things to say about MetLife pet insurance. I have 6 dogs all insured with MetLife. It's easy to submit claims and they pay quickly even when the claim is large (TPLO surgery) and to date have approved all claims. I couldn't be happier with MetLife only wish I had signed up years ago.
