I am having the worst service ever
I am having the worst service ever I had an accident and it is taking almost 2 weeks that am trying to get in contact with my claim adjuster. I call him email him but he never responds to me. Now this is the 2nd week without any news of my car or anything This is the worst After this case I will break the insurance contract bc there is no way I can pay that much for a worst service ever

I have had Trupanion for years and they have never disappointed me. I also have a purebred Bengal cat that gets amazing care because of Trupanion. Their customer service is top notch.
