It is always a pleasure to work with Trupanion. Claims are easy to file. Trupanion does the hard work. Their staff members are attentive and efficient. We have saved a great deal of money on large claims with our Trupanion insurance policy and have recommended this company to other pet owners.

I would have given 5 but tried twice on the chat session to get this done and both times right during the middle of it, times out for no reason and gone! Otherwise it was good.

This was the BEST decision for our PET
We purchased Pets Best when we adopted our puppy three years ago. This was the BEST decision for our PET! That said, submitting a claim is easy and processed faster than expected. We highly recommend PetsBest. One thing I really like is the comparison chart provided on the website. It saves time since the HW was already done.

Please do not be tricked by this…
Please do not be tricked by this company for bringing you into their company at a reasonable rate, for them to have raised it each year between 15-20% and now in my dog's 6th year with them they raised it 40% over $300 in one year! When I asked why this was happening when my dog barely uses this insurance they stated it is in response to the rest of the dogs in the state of NH and their increased needs. The price isn't even determined on MY dog's health background, it's based on the entire state? I'm extremely disappointed in this company and WOULD NOT recommend, especially where my dog now has a "re-existing condition" of allergies, so if we left Healthy Paws she would not be covered elsewhere, so we are stuck with this awful company.

The company is truly wonderful
The company is truly wonderful. They process the claims so quickly, their website is really easy to navigate, and I really feel like they care about our pets. So blessed to have my little doggie covered by them. Forever grateful and will always recommend them to anyone who needs pet insurance. They're really the best.
