The enrollment was extremely easy and actually enjoyable. I spoke to a very nice woman in English and the United States. Wow!!! We worked out a policy for my two dogs that was agreeable. Very professional.

Embrace is the BEST
When my dog blew out his knee, I admit I panicked about how I would afford his surgery and aftercare - then I remembered I have Embrace. I received my reimbursement via direct deposit in less than 30 days, and thanks to the addition of Wellness coverage, I had a lot fewer out-of-pocket costs than I imagined. STILL waiting for the $75 teeth…
STILL waiting for the $75 teeth cleaning for one of our two dogs. Unfortunately, it’s barel 1 star sit has been very difficult getting reimbursement. Highly considering cancelling monthly payments for 2 dogs. It’s just too much effort of resubmit records for simple dental cleaning. We were asked to send the same information 3x and only received reimbursement for 1 pet.

Healthy Paws is the BEST pet insurance!
Healthy Paws is the BEST pet insurance! We have had our little rescue dog insured through Healthy Paws going on 10 years. Dudley is far from being a pet, but a part of our family in which we provide him the best food, love and medical care. Just like you have medical insurance for anyone in your family to be able to provide health care we feel it is just as important to provide it for Dudley. I was recommended by a good friend when we first got Dudley to go with Healthy Paws and we are so glad we did. Poor Dudley has gone through some tough times. Not to long after we got Dudley he had to go though surgery to repair his right Patella, about the same time I under went surgery for Thyroid cancer. The following year my Thyroid cancer came back again and as well he had to undergo another surgery for his Patella on his left leg. Following that things we good for a number of years until he was diagnosed with having an enlarged Liver and elevated Kidney levels. This required ultra sounds and being on medication. Through the excellent medical care we were able to stabilize him and he has been living a very happy healthy life. Fast forward again a number of years and now we are again at a rough time in Dudley's life as he has heart problems that has progressively gotten worse. We have Vet visits with a Cardiologist for Dudley about every 3 months and on additional medications. Even though he is now dealing with the heart issues he again is happy and healthy for what he can be in his condition. Through all this we have been able to get the very best care for Dudley. Having this insurance has allowed us to go see Specialist such as his Internal Medicne Doctor as well Cardiologist who both work together to make sure we are doing the very best for Dudley. If we did not have the insurance I would not be able to provide the kind of care my wife and I are doing for Dudley and see the very best Vets. I just had a visit yesterday at the Cardiologist and like my other visits I submitted the copy of the receipt on line yesterday and less than 24 hours latter it was approved. If you want the best insurance you can get for your loved friend get Healthy Paws.

Just Another Business
Trupanion is incredibly expensive and only provides 60 day notices of incredible increases. They say they base increases on average vet costs of your areas and your breed. That being said, what they calculate must be based on major city centers as my personal vet costs don't reflect the raise in insurance costs that they're claiming are necessary. I had to raise my deductible on order to bring down monthly costs from nearly $200/month to $108/month. It's better to have insurance than not, but please look elsewhere. I'm unfortunately trapped with them given potential preexisting conditions. There are cheaper and better options out there.

Prompt, professional & great experiences
Claim reimbursement was what I expected to the cent. I was never given the run around & they have never tried to get out of paying a claim. They’ve been there when I needed the insurance & I’ve never even had to think about going forward with a procedure because I know that the insurance is there when I need it. Highly recommend fetch.
