Easy to use app. The price is perfect in my range. Feel great to know that my fur babies are covered with pet insurance if anything should happen. Recommend 100%.

As a result

As a result, I will not be renewing since you guys cancelled my account without even calling me, or charging my account for the proper amount, when I called in to see what’s going on and why you’re not charging my car you tell me that it’s cancelled and I owe you extra money. No I’m going around to the Better Business Bureau right now and I’m going to make things right on my end and hopefully you guys will do better in the future but I will recommend nobody ever deal with you and I’ll tell all my friends on insurance is trash and they’re a rip off and they don’t communicate and the customer service doesn’t know anything. Have a good day.

Wish I’d have done it sooner.

Well worth the money, and the claim process is fairly easy, especially after the first time. Just make sure you get a good itemized bill to submit, either way what little trouble I had to start with was easily worked through. Since then it has been a breeze submitting claims through the app.

Sharria in customer service is wonderful

Sharria in customer service answered all my questions and clarified some frustrations I was experiencing with the amount of money I am paying for my dog Nacho’s medical coverage versus the amount I am being reimbursed. I pay a hefty monthly premium and it sometimes feels like I never get reimbursed because of my dogs medical exclusions. Sharia was kind and patient with me.

Unhelpful Services

My experience with Embrace started off well, with understanding and helpful customer service representatives and informative welcome packets. However, it quickly turned sour as my first claim took two months to process and then was denied. My claim was for a visit where my pet had not received a diagnosis at all, her tests came back negative and the reason for her illness remains unclear. Embrace, however, decided that because she had presented similar symptoms before my policy started, she is not eligible for reimbursement anytime these symptoms are present. I was paid $6 of an $840 claim because Embrace certified that *symptoms* were enough to confirm a preexisting condition that she was never diagnosed for by a licensed medical practitioner. After multiple calls and emails asking to appeal this decision Embrace closed my claim without further inquiry. I am extremely unhappy with their services and will not be returning after my first year's policy is complete.
