Meh...I guess time will tell
Nothing is ever covered and if it is the reimbursement is ridiculous. I'm scared to think what is going to happen if my dog really gets sick or injured. I am shopping for another insurance

Highly Recommend Pets Best
My dog was diagnosed with cancer and Pets Best allowed my dog to get the best treatment and care throughout his battle. I never had any issues submitting claims and there were never any struggles to get anything covered or any surprises on the EOB. It really had great coverage, especially when factoring in the cost, when I was researching which pet insurance I wanted to get. I called customer support once because I clicked the wrong thing when submitting a claim and the agent was so kind and reassuring. I've seen some reviews saying it took a long time to get the refund or EOB. There were several claims (not all) that took a few weeks to process, but fortunately I'm in a financial situation where that was not a big problem for me. I'm truly grateful for Pets Best and highly recommend it.
