I just got Spot insurance and did our first well visit to the vet. Spot insurance was fast in refunding our money.I got prevention, illness, and accidental, coverage. I only used the prevention so far and love it. Customer service has been amazing so far.

I had a claim recently that Embrace denied because of a pre-existing condition. So, I contacted my vet to find out what condition was being referred to. My vet wrote an email explaining that it was not pre-existing, Embrace reviewed it, and agreed and they covered the costs. But, the Embrace email said that there continued to be a pre-existing condition. So, my vet challenged that saying that the test used on my pet was before she became my vet and that test has been declared inconclusive and no longer considered valid. Embrace reviewed this and agreed so my pet no longer has a pre-existing condition on her record. I have never had an insurance company take issues like this seriously and reconsider their decision which Embrace did and I really appreciate.

My 3lb chihuahua broke his leg and i was charged $412 for an xray, consultation and cast. (No surgery) thanks to Spot insurance i didn’t have to worry! Because 2 days later i got 80% of my money back. Best decision I ever made.

I can’t thank you enough for processing our claim so quickly. Ranger had to have an ACL done and 1 week after the surgery our claim was approved and we were reimbursed. They even sent an email to check on him. That’s what I call a caring pet insurance with excellent customer service! Thank you again.

The Best!
I have been with Healthy Paws since 2017. I actually have 2 dogs. The other is a micro doodle. This insurance is amazing! My Ridgeback developed a disorder, which has led her to be on 2 medications. Without fail, every time I submit the claim, I am reimbursed within 2 days. She also had a dental cleaning, where they found a cracked tooth, which needed to be extracted, and they paid 100% of the $1400 bill. I am so pleased with this insurance.
