The name of this Insurance Co should be PetsWorst
They denied my claim because they said my pet was injured before the 6 mos wait period. They based this on some commentary in the medical record that stated my dog was injured with horseplay on 12/24. I never even presented to the ER vet until 1/2 and my dog was alone with me out of state as I was visiting my daughter while she was giving birth to my GS and we were staying at an Airbnb. There was no other dog present and we had traveled to the place on 12/22. So, something was put in the medical record by mistake evidently. They make you go through a 90 day appeal process and I have to get records revised. This should not be the case. I presented with dog on 1/2 and got surgery on 1/3. Heresay and commentary by whomever in a medial record should not be basis to deny a claim. If the dog was injured on 12/24, then I would have presented on 12/24. I do not recommend this insurance and I'm sorry I wasted my money on it.
What a mess
What a mess. Because of a miss typed code, it took forever. But they got it done and were gracious even when I wasn't.

Diagnosis not covered for injury
Our dog suffered a close tear in March- and we had to use emergency vet to diagnose as it was on the weekend. We then got to our regular vet the next week to find that we had to do surgery. Well prudent Pat was very good at reimbursing the surgery. We did not see the fine print that said they do not reimburse the diagnoses-One at the emergency vet and another at our regular vet— which seems rather odd to us because how do you do the surgery without the diagnosis and diagnosis is part of the injury. Nonetheless, the reimbursement process for everything else went very smoothly and efficiently, and we are appreciative.

It's a rip off
It's a rip off. Don't do it. They denied a claim on my dog and was stuck with big bill after paying them over 100 a month!

$$$ - Fetch can change policy yearly.
When we signed up, our fee was 35/month, 500$ deductible with 80% covered. Our dog had two claims, acl tears on back legs. After the first claim, they increased slightly (monthly amout), and after the 2nd claim, they increased deductible by 500$ to 1000$, decreased coverage by 30% to 50% from 80% and decreased fee by 20$ a month. After a closer review of the policy, it states that Fetch can chance the policy EVERYTIME it renews, so yearly. We can't even go to another insurance company now because of her preexisting conditions.

RUN FAR
RUN FAR. RUN FAST. READ THE FINE PRINT. This insurance DOESN'T COVER BILATERAL CRUCIATE EVENTS. I missed this in reading all the fine print. My dog blew his first cruciate during the waiting period so the second surgery was not covered. There ARE insurance companies that DO cover cruciate surgeries. Make sure you find one. Also, during the claim my vet sent the records TWICE and the company never received them. I had to upload the paperwork myself. My premium went up without notification. The process of evaluation took too long. Yes, NOT a good investment. I tried to cancel the coverage online and can't find the spot in which to do so.
