You advertise that you pay 90% not true, I've always gotten a small reimbursement maybe 10% for the claims that I've submitted. Example on a $74 bill I was reimbursed $10

Skeptical about pet insurance
I was very uncertain about buying pet insurance for my 2 baby Toy Poodles. I researched very carefully, talked to my vet, read many reviews and decided on Embrace. All companies promised a lot but it seems Embrace delivered. Also, they were on my vets list of recommended companies and also USAA was recommending them. SO, I signed up. I am glad I did as I had some issues with about 5 months and my claim was handled promptly. Every communication I have had with them via phone, email on on their web site have been pleasant. Even if I had not had to file a claim I would feel comfortable knowing that they were covered just incase. Thanks Embrace

Josh did a great job
Josh did a great job. He was very accommodating and provided me with great information while I was deciding on plans today. I had also talked to Eric yesterday who was excellent in providing answers to me questions and gave one answer which sold me on Fetch. Monica was also great. All of these individuals did a great job!

The reimbursement was way less than my calculation. You should be ashamed of your actions with regard to adjudication of claims, especially with such a high deductible.

No complaints so far
Spot was middle-of-the-pack in terms of the monthly rate, but it included diagnostic tests, which was important to me -- I don't want just the solution covered bc finding out what the problem is can be a big chunk of the cost! This is my first year, I'm about 6 months in, and the year has already paid for itself in coverage. Reimbursements are easy -- vet emails me a bill, I upload it to the Spot website, and a week or so later a check arrives in the mail for 80% of the bill.
