So far I am satisfied. I signed up as a new customer and I had some questions. Finding a way to communicate with Sonnet customer service was easy. Yes there was a little delay to get a response but a) I do understand everyone and everything is going very fast and people get busy b) Getting an answer within 48 hours is really good Thank you Sonnet and I hope this partnership will be fruitful.
