Filing a claim
The people I talked to were nice … however, it took three times for them to download the information they needed to make a decision. They were not downloading the PDF attached to the email sent to them. They only looked at the email. It was frustrating. Once they did download the PDF, everything g went well after it.

Takes MONTHS to get a claim back but…
Takes MONTHS to get a claim back but $180 for two dogs all of my visits go to deductible. Im paying cash plus $180 every visit. It doesn’t make sense to have this anymore. “Oh what about an accident!?” Wont be covered until you hit the deductible. Even though im submitting $300-$900 vet visits every time. Nope. Deductible. Save yourself time and money. Get a different insurance.

Not worth the paper it’s written on.
Fetch is both a terrible service and terrible business. After 10 years of paying insurance (from 8week old puppy) so as not to incur any “pre-existing condition” exclusions the premiums of fetch have jumped exponentially every year but this year almost 300%. its extortion. Take the premiums during good times but abandon and extort loyal customers when they need you most.
