Quick and efficient - will definitely use again
Embrace processed our emergency claims quickly and the refunds were deposited to our account without issue. We had initially paid for a year of coverage for our puppy but after an unforeseen tragedy, we had to euthanize him after 2 months. Embrace was extremely sensitive about the horrible situation and refunded our policy for the prorated amount. We will absolutely use them again in the future.

how many claims do you need
My dog went in for routine check up and found problems. sent in claim. had a return visit ,sent that in. When I checked on the claims (almost $1000),they said they had not received my claims. I then had my Vet send it in. Still no action. Went in for another visit and got a claims adjuster on phone, still had no claims. I let the vet. personal talk to him ,resent all claims(16-20 pages) took 10-15 mins to get on board with the claims sent in. Almost a month later my web page still has the same "note" that the claim foms/paper has not been sent. What?
