Unhelpful and Untimely
I have received conflicting information from Embrace all year long on what is needed to process my claims. Literally, this has been going back and forth for eleven months. After providing the documents requested, my claims are still placed on hold due to "insufficient information". When I call back, they have more documents that they are "unable to obtain" from our vet. However, when I call my vet for said documents they are efficient and agreeable in getting me what I need. I asked one of their support people if they ever tried calling our vet instead of sending automated emails and she said "only after multiple failed attempts or if the customer asks us to"..... Seems like their end goal is to let all of your claims time-out so you can't get reimbursed. I've cancelled my policy and I'm switching to Trupanion like my vet initially recommended.

So glad I got coverage through Embrace!
I got insurance hoping I wouldn’t have to use it. But an accidental step on my little kitten’s leg ended up costing thousands in vet bills. It was easy to submit a claim to Embrace and they worked to get all the information needed to process it. I was reimbursed according to my policy promptly so I hardly had to worry about how to pay off the bill. I’m really grateful it was easy and fast. I’m happy to know my kittens are covered and that I don’t have to worry about a serious financial burden.

My puppy was diagnosed with Angular Limb Deformity on both front legs. Trupanion delivered on everything they promised in the contract. Representative are also amazing...extremely friendly. knowledgeable, supportive. helpful and kind. They answer the calls within seconds.

Just not worth it
I got pet insurance while my cat was fairly healthy. He developed diabetes. It seems like I never met my $500 deductible. There were always other things they deducted. Now after five trips to the vet maybe I’ll get a $30 check. Because I filed claims they’ve almost doubled my premium for next year. I’ve paid them a lot of money and have not gotten a penny back. I am very unhappy with them.

Pets Best is the absolute BEST in…
Pets Best is the absolute BEST in coverage for your pets. We have been with Pets Best for over 2 years now and have been more than satisfied with their service, rates and claims processing. Our Labradoodle had cancer removed from her back paw and Pets Best reimbursed us almost 90% of the costs!! We have never had any issues and their app is super easy to use. Highly recommend!

I took two of my dogs for their health…
I took two of my dogs for their health checkups. I have the wellness policy for both. It took almost a month to process the claims and the paid only $70 of the $500+ it cost. Not sure having the policy is worth it anymore. I pay $144 a month to get reimbursed $70? Could do better butting the $144 in a separate account and use it when needed.
