She was able to answer my questions to my satisfaction. My online and service experiences were very good. I highly recommend Sonnet for home and auto insurance!

Increase in monthly payments
This will be my third year with Pets Best, I believe. My dog is a diabetic and has IVDD. Sometimes the claims can take longer than usual to be processed, I haven’t really had a complaint until now. I did not get the plan that includes therapy or wellness. And while yes I use the insurance, because thats why I got it, I didn’t expect the cost to increased from $26.62 to $34.63 after the first year and now it’s increasing again to $49.57 a month. My human heath insurance doesn’t even cost that much a month! Honestly, I’m having to weigh to cost vs benefits at this point. So frustrating.
