They will find any reason to try to deny claims
This company will happily take your money for years and then when a claim is made try to find reasons not to pay. Pre-existing conditions make sense but when they start to blame other ailments and issues on that issue just so they don't have to pay, it's criminal. Their customer service team is very nice and sympathetic, they may even agree that it's the wrong decision but they do not have a say.

I was interested in getting more information prior to signing up with Fetch and Joshua did a great job at providing me with information about coverage. He answered all of my questions, was very knowledgeable and informative. Joshua also followed up with an email and his response time to additional questions via email was quick and efficient. Fetch is officially my insurance company for my new fur baby.

The information was not clear regarding the process for claims. None of my claims were paid, some for not being turned in. I had been told I could turn them all in at once as long as it was before the policy end date. Others were not paid because someone determined illness started before the policy wait period. I disputed the decision and let them know if the claims were not paid, I didn’t want to renew the policies. You went ahead and charged me for renewal and did not pay any claims.

Be sure to read your policies carefully. You are most likely better off just putting your monthly payment in a savings account than purchasing this insurance.

I'd like to give kudos to Kelsey who helped me June 3rd, 2024 in processing my recent claim for my adopted dog. She was so helpful and understanding, and more than the app itself, the kind human interaction is why I'm leaving this review but pretty happy with the app and the company as well!

Fetch is not worth it
Once Pet Plan sold to some other company and became Fetch, the entire website, app customer service, and coverage went down significantly. Pet Plan was awesome, Fetch is awful. It’s impossible to get a customer service person on the phone, their chat bot is broken, and their coverage has become very scammy. They have increased prices, decreased coverage, increased deductibles, and tried to do this all secretly. I plan to move my pets to another insurance. Add on: Fetch responded that I should call them for help. I have, and the wait times were so long and their hours so short that I didn’t receive any help.
