Healthy Paws makes reimbursement easy
I have dealt with multiple human and pet insurance companies in my lifetime and none have been as easy to deal with as Healthy Paws. The claims submission process is incredibly streamlined, the turnaround time for reimbursement is quick, and it is easy to access benefits. Other companies put up many barriers to accessing benefits, so it is much appreciated to not have to deal with that while also caring for a sick pet. It really couldn’t be easier - I gave them a copy of my pet’s invoice, and I get a direct deposit payment. With other companies I’ve tried, I dealt with many denials that weren’t warranted. I have never had that experience with Healthy Paws! And their rates are better than any others I’ve seen!

I filed a claim
I filed a claim, while most of it was covered they are trying to say my 1.5 year old dog has a pre-existing condition because I was took him to the Dr for loose stools. I called and ask the adjuster to call me because this is absurd. No one has called.
