They have made the stress of my cat experiencing a medical emergency so much more bearable with the policy I have in place to cover a majority of the ER vet costs. I am so grateful that I can spend time worrying about my kitty, as opposed to finances. Thank you, SPOT Insurance!

This pet insurance is not quite honest
This pet insurance is not quite honest. We added on the wellness program for our cat and they do not let you know that you can only put in a claim for the wellness part once a year. This is very important as the cat needed vaccines, teeth cleaning and more. After receiving compensation once, it was evident that they were not going to pay even for a teeth cleaning which was part of the wellness. After calling in inquiring they finally did. This could be a frustrating matter and in the end one could pay more out than just doing an out of pocket.

Trupanion gets an A+++
Trupanion gets an A+++ for Pet Insurance. We have two young dogs. Both dogs have been insured with Trupanion since they were puppies. Our 2.5 year old has torn both her ACL's over the past year. After paying our deductible, Trupanion has paid 90 percent. The whole process of submitting a claim is so easy. We pay up front and are reimbursed within a few days right into our bank account. This company is absolutely amazing. I refer them to everyone I know who has pets. ❤️ 🐾 Thank you Trupanion for excellent customer service.
