Each time I call Metlife I have the best customer service experience. The reps are very friendly, attentive and truly seem concerned with my situation and clearly go above and beyond to solve my issue. I have been so satisfied with MetLife. They respond quickly and I truly wish more companies had such excellent customer service.

Good insurance company that's fast to process claims
Spot Pet Insurance has decent rates and is quick to process my claims and provide payout once I've met the deductible. I appreciate that they have an option to cover everything--including regular routine visits--so they can also be applied to the deductible. I'm glad to know my pets are covered.
