Long time customer, never a problem
Many years ago I was introduced to Nationwide Pet Insurance when it was offered through my employer. It is easy to make a claim and payments were always accurate and prompt. I just adopted a new pet and Nationwide is my insurer of choice. I trust them and would not insure my pets with anyone else.

Have had very good experience so far with Pumpkin. One big claim was reimbursed in 10 minutes, which was remarkable! Very nice, American, human customer service who knows their product. No complaints at all, they are fair, professional and prompt.
