When I had a claim they paid it very fast and never gave me any issues.

Kona's Hemangiosarcoma CANCER
We have had Healthy Paws insurance since my German Shephard family member was less than a year old. She was healthy until a month ago. As a result of an emergency ultrasound, we found a tumor on her spleen that ruptured. Because we have Healthy Paws Insurance we were able to make a quick decision on giving her an emergency surgery. Without the surgery, we will not know whether the tumor is cancerous or not, which it unfortunately it was. Even though Kona's outcome is not what we hoped for, it allowed her few precious weeks with her, and were well worth it! For 11 years, Healthy Paws promptly paid all of her prescriptions and emergency visits less our annual deductible at 90%. The claim process is/was very easy and fast and we received updates along the way. I highly recommended them to all pet parents! Their policies and customer service people are the best!

Disappointed about a claim …
I was disappointed that Figo wouldn’t cover my dogs allergy shots. They said it was preexisting condition. I felt it wasn’t because her paw had a burr between her toes. It had nothing to do with allergies. Other than that I really can’t rate my experience since I haven’t used the insurance

Excellent Experiences
This is the third time that I have had to contact or file a claim with Embrace. I have had other insurances before, but my experience so far with this company has been impeccable. The customer service representatives are friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. Every request or question that I have had has been resolved promptly. I am extremely happy with Embrace and will recommend it to other pet owners I know.
