I submitted a claim for my cat’s dental surgery and had a few struggles with the system. I didn’t understand why I had to go back to a previous vet for records four years old and then when trying to get to a live person to help me, the automated claims link hung up on me without giving me another option. But. Once I finally got Jordon, he explained everything so I could understand. And the next day I struggled with getting the older soap notes uploaded and wound up having to email them. I was told this would take an extra five business days. The next day I got an email saying the claim was close to being put on hold as I hadn’t submitted anything. This time (because of Jordan) I knew how to reach a person on the first go. And fortunately I got Don. He not only linked my email to my record, but said he’d do what he could to expedite the claim. Unbelievably I got a notification the next working day that my claim was approved!!! Thank you Don for your patience, humor and expertise. I totally appreciate you.

My 6 year old labradoodle Bodhi unfortunately was diagnosed with T cell lymphoma. We started chemo treatment immediately. Our husky had an accident and tore her ACL. She needed surgery. ASPCA told me to send in her estimate. I had a quote back in days on the reimbursement. The final payment was made within a week from her surgery. They were fast and extremely responsive. I was people’s health insurance worked this way. I highly recommend them.

I'm alittle upset about the length of time you allow a claim 3 days I can't get the Vet to do anything in 3 days they always say they are busy and will try to get it out ASAP. Plus, I haven't heard anything about my claim

French Bulldog IVDD
Our dog unexpectedly had to have emergency surgery to fix his back. This was an expensive operation and ASPCA insurance covered it to the full extent of the policy. Their customer service was very friendly and helped us upload the correct documents.
