I have not had to use the service yet, thankfully. However, I am pleased to have the service offered. I was enrolled with another pet insurance company but that is dependent on me staying with that employer. I like the convenience of knowing that my pet will always have insurance even if I change jobs.

EMERGENCY SURGERY COVERAGE
My dog was attacked by a deer in rut and was pretty ripped up on a Saturday evening. We had to take her to the ER vet for surgery. FIGO covered their portion of the medical and Rx bill with ease, thank God!
