I have always had great experiences with Spot pet insurance. My dog was recently sick and I sent my claims. I was reimbursed quickly and the money was directly deposited into my account. It really helps take a lot of the stress off when your dog is sick and you have pet insurance I highly recommend this company as they have always been dependable.

Uploading documents to get reimbursed is simple. Turnaround time is usually about 10 to 15 days so fairly quick. Been a blessing to have this insurance with my diabetic yorkiepoo.

I can't think of anything to complain…
I can't think of anything to complain about. I will update this review in the future if that changes. I found Embrace pet insurance while I was researching what types of coverage options my kitten would have before I got her from the breeder. Unfortunately, she got pinkeye from her mother and had to go to the vet. Due to their policies, Embrace sees it as a pre-existing condition so they won't cover it until 2025 for me. Luckily, I got some OTC Terramycin for it. Otherwise, Embrace pretty much covers all else. I get 90% reimbursement on her accident coverage and I got the maximum amount on her Wellness coverage (she was ~3 months when I got her so I had to think of vaccines, spaying, etc). My reimbursements have never been late. Customer service takes a little while to get ahold of. The 24/7 TeleVet service is nice (only available on the web).

Customer Care is so passionate and always looked at ways to help. My cat had a surgery. I just had to submit my cat’s medical history and receipts. Claim process is so simple and I was reimbursed in couple of days without any hassle. I strongly recommend Spot pet insurance.

Easy Claims, Excellent Coverage
Lemonade offered competitive rates for our 5 yr old Golden, so I figured it was worth switching from a previous provider and giving them a try. So far, coverage has been great, claims are very easy via the app, and service is excellent overall.

Don't hesitate, Spot is the best!
This is my first time having coverage for my pets and I'll be honest I was a little skeptical. Ive heard mixed things from other pet owners about insurance and I was worried I was just wasting my money. But spot has gone above and beyond. They cover everything they say they do and provide quick reimbursement without any hassle. On top of that their staff are very kind and helpful. We recently had to put one of our pups down after they consumed a toxic mushroom, it was very hard on our whole family. When I called to cancel her coverage and they offered their condolences and confirmed our claim would still go through. Then the next day they called to check in and see how my family and I are doing. They asked how our other pup is coping and said if we needed anything to give them a call. I've never had that kind of service from my health insurance. Spot is truly the best company, thank you for all you do.
