Two major complaints
Two major complaints. The first is that we lost hundreds of dollars in our first year because we didn't know that they unreasonably do not pay out if you don't submit the invoices within a very short period of time (rather than the full year). We held off submitting because our dog was still experiencing health issues so we thought we would submit after we knew they were resolved. Second, we just received the notice of our third year's cost. It is 26.5% higher than the previous year! There is no universe where a three year old dog has a 26.5% higher risk than a two year old dog. I would not recommend Fetch to anyone.

Be thorough!
It's fairly easy to navigate, but there are hidden "riders" within the wellness rider that can only be accessed if someone chooses to customize their plan. The details of the coverage are somewhat vague and I had to do a lot of digging to figure out whether or not spaying and neutering was covered. In fact, I had to resort to Google Gemini to help me find out. And there are several unnecessary add-ons that I wouldnt of known about had I not taken the time to review my policy carefully (located within the Wellness plan). I am thankful that my employer offers pet insurance through your company though.

Billing system is antiquated
Billing system is antiquated. Mistakes in entries and need to call several times and after speaking with a supervisor problem finally got straighter out. This would have been unnecessary if the account was entered properly to begin with. I called to report the deductible was not paid and they paid me for a claim. I got a letter that I had to reimburse and could only be done via check in the mail. Is this still the 50's. Not happy.

Avoid Pets Best – Costs Skyrocket, Claims Denied
Avoid Pets Best. What started as a $30/month policy jumped to $150/month in just three years, completely out of nowhere and with no changes to my policy or coverage. There was no clear explanation or justification for the increase. They also refused to reimburse a medically necessary dental surgery, claiming it was only covered if my cat had routine dental cleanings — a requirement that was never clearly disclosed and feels like an excuse to deny claims. Pets Best looks affordable at first, but once you rely on it, the costs skyrocket and coverage shrinks. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The easiest online quote to get
The easiest online quote to get. The coverages are explained clearly and the prices are affordable. This is also the only company I found that supports first responder and our military. It is greatly appreciated.
