Really Happy with ManyPets!

I'm really happy with the coverage that ManyPets provides for our senior dog that has been going through a lot of medical issues in the past year. Filing claims is easy, and getting reimbursed usually happens within several days. We get to focus on our dog, rather than a lot of insurance paperwork or claim hassles.

You made a false diagnosis stating she…

You made a false diagnosis stating she has corona virus. She was never diagnosed with corona virus. You made this false diagnosis in order to avoid covering her. This is fraudulent claims by embrace. When I tried to cancel the lady who was canceling my plan Amy was condescending and defensive. Gas lighting me and insisting it was correct and based on my pets paperwork. I have that exact same paperwork in hand. It never once said she had corona virus. Insane EDIT The company responded to my review and gaslighted me again. I literally spoke with my cats vet and looked at the notes and both denied ever mentioning coronavirus. DO NOT DEAL with this shady company. They obviously are defensive and cannot take accountability.

What I dislike is your fee’s going up…

What I dislike is your fee’s going up so high every year , you braw that you don’t raise rates as your pet gets older . No you don’t you just raise the monthly rates higher & higher . And when my puppy got sick just before the thirty days , U said problem would never be covered . I explained why she got UTI , but you didn’t cover the emergency or meds . She is now over 2 yrs old and hasn’t had a repeat illness . And your date of illness won’t change in below date of experience.

Emergency visit

We had an emergency call to the veterinarian and some tests were run. When encountered the emergency visit fee and then the fees for testing. I submitted the claim that evening and got a wonderful answer the next day.

Claims get denied and not paid out

Our dog was only 2.5 years old and came down with a sudden illness. Submitted the claim and it was denied because symptoms began 13 days into obtaining the policy and they didn’t give a crap. Now my dog is dead because we couldn’t afford additional diagnostics or treatment. Pet insurance is a complete gimmick and waste of money since it doesn’t like to pay out and save our pet’s lives. Don’t recommend at all.

Nationwide Pet has canceled my girls…

Nationwide Pet has canceled my girls policy Whole Pet with Wellness after 8 plus years of paying high monthly premiums for their Gold Standard policy. A policy that when purchased, I was assured would cover her for life. In May of 2024, I received a letter of nonrewal for her policy. When I called, Nationwide Pet representative told me that Nationwide Pet would no longer be covering pets 8 years and older for illnesses. What happened to coverage for life??? Nationwide Pet has announced they are dropping hundred thousand policies across the country due to inflation. While websites are posting Nationwide billions of dollars in profit for the third consecutive year. Nationwide Pet has left my dog with no insurance, preexisting conditions that were covered under her original policy with them. Higher premiums to insure an older dog, and higher out of pocket expenses. When myself and others posted on their social media pages about what is happening, we were blocked. Nationwide is NOT on your side. Buyer BEWARE!

Healthy Paws has saved my fur babies…

Healthy Paws has saved my fur babies multiple times. As recent as this past month. My dog was throwing up constantly. After the 7th time we brought her to the ER. To keep a long story short, they found a mass on her liver and in her spleen. The concern was of course cancer since her liver levels were off. She had emergency surgery for a spleen removal and the mas on her liver removed. Turns out, the mass on the liver was a slow growing cancer. It was fully removed and she is healed and healthy now thankfully! Having healthy paws made every decision SO easy, as we did not have to worry about the costs. I knew the policy covers emergency's and the "unexpected" which this definitely was. No one can plan financially for something like this. What healthy paws allowed us to do, is say yes to all options for helping our dog, Pepper, without having to stress about the money. We put the money on our credit card and submitted our claims once we got the final invoices from the vet. The uploading was easy and simple. Took me less than 4 minutes to upload and submit everything on the Healthy Paws Website. Total, Pepper's bill was $10,500 (give or take). Healthy Paws refunded just over $9k, and we ended up paying less than $2k for surgery, meds, overnight stay, and sending the masses out to be tested. It literally saved her life and our wallet. I know having pet insurance is a privilege. I will be open and say we have 4 animals on our plan and pay just over $200 a month for all 4. If you can afford Healthy Paws, please invest! for your fur babies sake and peace of mind for you. I have so many more life saving stories where Healthy Paws allowed me to have peace of mind. I'm so thankful for their insurance. Truthfully, I wish this is house human insurance worked.
