Fetch is super easy to use!
My senior dog was diagnosed with dental disease and required surgery to have multiple teeth extracted. I was able to easily submit my receipts and records and was reimbursed the allotted amount very soon after. Fetch provided me with text and e-mail updates throughout the process and it was such a relief to know that much of his procedure was covered!

The service here is amazing i have 2 fur babies and ive had Embrace insurance to cover them both. We got a new Fur Baby last year in June and without insurance there is no way we could of covered the cost the fur baby had ear infections and the cost of that and just the requirement for her to get all her shots was costly but thanks to Embrace it was all covered, Just the wellness alone it’s worth it and more. We are spoiled Kaiya & Kayla have Grooming’s every month then I get back the money I paid, its like Embrace is paying me regardless i love embrace,and the employees are outstanding they are personal and knowledgeable and willing to help whenever. Thanks Embrace the Jones family love you❤️❤️

Recommend avoiding this company
Hands down, one of the worst decisions I made was going with this company for my pet insurance. I’ve had to follow up on multiples claims that were denied incorrectly (they corrected two of them), and have been trying to get in touch with them via email on two of the still outstanding claims that I’m contesting (although show “closed” on their end) for over 3 weeks now with no response. One of those we may have a real difference of opinion on what constitutes a pre-existing condition according to my vet and theirs. The other is a wellness claim for a dental cleaning, overlooked because they denied the extractions. I am having to put in tremendous effort to get claims reviewed properly. And laughable that they out in one of their emails to “trust they had experts look and are correct in their decision” when they reversed their decision on two other claims. My trust is indeed, low. I may stay with Fetch for my 11 year old dog - I’ve been incredibly lucky and she’s only started having a couple of claims since I started the insurance 9 years ago and since I added the wellness plan (although I may cancel that part, I’m not sure it pays off), but plan to switch for my kitten and will never use this insurance again for any new pet coming into my family. Now I’m off to go resubmit the dental cleaning claim since I can’t get anyone to respond to my emails.
