Nightmare
Had the worst time trying to get an answer for a claim that ultimately was denied for a preexisting condition. Tooth tarter? That would’ve been fine, but it took them over three weeks to tell me this. I canceled the policy. This is the first negative review I’ve ever written in my 67 years. Customer service is terrible.

not worth the cost
They Auto Renewed my 2 dogs' policies with a 38% increase! They haven't covered most costs since I started policies stating pre-existing conditions. They give the reason that it was in the 14 day waiting period, when it was way past the 14 days. The amount they pay for preventation and yearly exams are not even close to what the costs are where I live. In addition, there was a period where they were taking an extraordinary amount of time to process. All in all I would not recommend them. Of course, they have me over the barrel since to cancel and get insurance elsewhere would be starting over again. Pet insurance is a total scam!

These guys suck you in with good rates…
These guys suck you in with good rates than jack you up repeatedly. I have a very healthy dog, a $1000.00 deductible and my rate quickly escalated 89%. I've never had a claim. I approached them about the huge rate increase and they offerd to cancel my insurance on the spot. Insurance is a scam for the most part - save monthly (my premium is now over $75.00 per month) - and you will have a good nest egg if you need it. PS Downgraded my review given their response. I spoke to them once as indicated. They were quite clear I left. If it takes a bad review for them to consider charging fairly then this is even more problematic than I thought.

Communication is horrible
Communication is horrible. I have no idea if my pet is even ok to go to the vet because i sent over her records so nothing can be "pre existing" when they never asked for records in the first place. I sent them to a different email they provided. Never got back to me or responded to my emails
