MET Life pet insurance is a complete…
MET Life pet insurance is a complete scam and should be investigated by the Attorney General. You pay you monthly premiums and they deny every claim stating that they were all a pre existing condition. I made 5 claims and each was denied using the pre existing condition excuse. I can only hope they get investigated by the government, and put out of business

3 Stars is generous
I am going to give a 3 star because I was disappointed that I was denied my larger claims. My puppy had FHO surgery because it was hurt. Insurance denies it calling it pre-existing dysplasia. I got the insurance as soon as I got the puppy from the breeder and all paperwork was clear. I kept the insurance for one more year to see if it is even worth the payment. Time will tell.

I feel deceived
I feel deceived. I contacted Trupanion to update my new address which is 7 miles away and just because I made this change the attendant increased my rate by $100. I don't accept this, I think it's absurd. I've had my policy for 2 years and just moving house they took advantage of it to increase it by $100, that's 50% more.
