I purchased ASPCA insurance. There is a 2-week waiting period until it activates. The two weeks has not yet elapsed. Yet ASPCA Pet Insurance asks me daily to rate them. They get -1 stars for hounding me to review a service I cannot possibly have made use of.

Easy claims process
The process to submit a claim and receive reimbursement was very simple and straightfoward now that everything is electronic and can be done online. It is no longer needed to bring phsyical forms to the Vet office for claims. I submitted a claim for my cat's ER visit and had my claim processed and the reimbursement sent back to be in a week's time.

I really like the company and what they have to offer. The thing I don't like is having to pay for service ahead of time that is supposed to already have a credit amount. I understand the money is reimbursed but I feel the deductible should be like that, not the rest. Other than that, I like the rest so far.
