Great except one thing...
The only complaint I have is that the app and member center do not work for easy claim submission. Other than that i'm extremely happy with Spot.

It’s affordable and covers a lot
Everyone is amazing in customer service when needed. Sometimes the app is finicky however customer service is reliable and it covers a lot of my pets conditions and medications.
