I've been an ASPCA Pet Insurance member for several years and through numerous medical emergencies with my dogs, Miss Molly, Ollie, Merlin, and Benji. This included an expensive surgery to repair vertebra injury and paralysis with my Diva Dachshund Miss Molly. Never once did I have a problem with claims and payments. I used another top 5 brand before ASPCA Pet Insurance and was completely disappointed in services and claims and even ventured away from ASPCA Pet Insurance this past summer after losing Miss Molly and Merlin within 75 days of each other. I Went with two different Top 5 brands and both were so unorganized and unprofessional; I was still getting requests to sign with them weeks after paying fees and submitting registration information. ASPCA Pet Insurance is simple, inexpensive, EXTREMELY courteous and professional. Their APP and Member Center are easy to navigate and claims processing and payment is easier than most. Reimbursements may take a few days depending on uniqueness of claims submitted so please be patient as "your claim" is not the "only claim" being processed. I'm paying less than $70/month for two dogs with wellness plans and $4000 each in annual coverage at 80% Reimbursements and $250 deductibles each. Extremely inexpensive and well worth the investment. My dogs are my family. They're my responsibility and MY life. Thanks ASPCA Pet Insurance for all you have provided to me and my family.

I don’t recommend PetsBest
I wouldn’t recommend PetsBest. I changed my name and submitted the required documentation to update my name on my account buy it took six months for them to take care of it. A couple of months later my puppy got sick and I submitted a claim which PetsBest took 28 days to process and I’m still waiting for payment. I should have gone with the pet insurance company my friend recommended, Healthy Paws, instead of PetsBest. My friend’s claims get processed within a week along with payment.

Nothing Seems to Be Claimable
Haven't had the insurance long enough for my dog to capitalize on its worth, but from the start it has been "pre-existing" this, etc. I'm shelling out $102 per month and maybe one day, although we never want anything bad to happen to our pets, I will thank myself for buying it.

I don’t like that I pay extra for…
I don’t like that I pay extra for preventive care and only a very small percentage is covered especially vaccines. We give them to our pets so they don’t get severely sick. The insurance would have to pay out a lot more in costs if we don’t give our pets essential vaccines. Insurance should cover a larger percentage as they do for humans. Also drug plans should be available for pets.

Exemplary Excellence: Sonnet Insurance Achieves The Pinnacle of the Insurance Industry
I never knew that purchasing vehicle insurance could be so easy!! I was in a desperate situation not having had insurance for a while and took a chance on this online company that I found. Sonnet's application process was unbelievably fast and so easy. Within minutes my vehicle was insured and within minutes I had all my documentation downloaded and ready to use. I was absolutely speechless. The payment plan they offer was also just what I needed and since having insurance with Sonnet I have had two questions about my policy. When I sent an email it was almost immediately responded to. This is customer service that other companies in any industry just do not give these days. Thank you Sonnet...from the bottom of my heart.
