I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to file a claim and get refunded for the full 80%. I thought insurance would take a long time or try to weasel out of paying, but these guys process claims fast and I have a check within a couple of weeks. Great service!

Snake bites!!!
Both of my dogs got bitten by a copperhead recently. One had to stay at emergency vet overnight. Luckily the other could be treated at my vets office. Having embrace took some of my worries away. I can’t say enough. They are great and their customer service is the best. So thankful I chose embrace as my pet insurance.

CUSTOMER SERVICE! I must admit, I'm too new of a member to speak to anything other than my most initial experience with Carmen, the lovely human who explained the plans and options to me - I didn't think I was ready to commit to any plan until I spoke to her and within minutes, I trusted her completely and I was ready to select Prudent for my kitty - I hope the company lives up to my experience with Carmen!! Healthy Paws is the BEST
Healthy Paws is hands down the best per insurance carrier around. They honor their 90% coverage diligently and with no haggling or attempts to deny claims. We have been using them for our two dogs for the majority of their lives (13 and 11) and HP has been there honoring their coverage for every medical issues large and small. I cannot recommend them enough
