We have a new black lab puppy
We have a new black lab puppy, Mischief, and that is why I signed up for Spot Pet Insurance. I have now submitted 4 claims. One has been processed and the other three are in the works. The claims process is easy and friendly to use. So far, I have very much enjoyed working with Spot Pet Insurance.

We have been very satisfied with Spot Insurance ( since Dec. 2021). Our rescued Shih-Tzu has a disability with his front left leg ( from birth ) and Spot Insurance has made caring for our pet easier to manage financially and find them easy to talk with about any questions we may have. Thankful with have Spot Insurance Coverage!

Worst insurance, horrible customer service
I paid $85 a month for this insurance. After spending over $10,000 in medical care, they have paid a total of $50. Even after my dog died, they tried to keep billing me. They take months to process claims. My dog died a month ago and I am still waiting for her final emergency visit to be processed. If you are adopting a rescue animal that isn’t in perfect health, they will exclude everything. Waste of money and horrendous treatment. Never using this insurance ever again.
