Lack of communication
I asked for estimated coverage twice and didn’t get answer. Called no answer. Didn’t know wellness was going to be used for coverage. Kind of ridiculous that cleaning teeth isn’t covered as health expense since her gums were swollen.

Adjustments to vehicle policy
I recently retired and would not be using my vehicle to commute to work every day. I was curious to know if a reduction in kms per year would reduce my premium. I also inquired about taking insurance off a vehicle if it was not going to be used for an extended period of time. I received a quick response and was provided step-by-step instructions on how to update my information which was great. I am a happy camper!

Game changer
Game changer. We have 3 dogs, all of them have a plan with Healthy Paws. Recently, one of our dogs underwent a major surgery that was extremely expensive. Decisions have to be made quickly and cost is always a factor. However, that's why we got insurance in the first place. Healthy Paws covered 80% within about 10 days of the initial claim and continue to cover 80% of her medications afterwards. Their customer service is excellent and they genuinely care about your pets. We are so grateful for everyone at Healthy Paws. I wish human health insurance was this good!!

This is how insurance is supposed to work! Our dog suffered traumatic injuries and for over a month we dealt with hospitalizations, surgeries, medications, etc., at great expense. Embrace processed our claims promptly and reimbursed our covered expenses quickly. We really appreciate the excellent service.
