Have had Embrace for over 10 years and recently lost my two senior pups within a year of each other both with health complications. The outstanding service and support exceeded all my expectations. I dealt with compassionate reps each time and the follow up and assistance was fantastic. I can't express my appreciation for how I was treated during very difficult months and losing our beloved fur babies. A life long customer and highly recommend.

It’s been super easy to file my claims
It’s been super easy to file my claims. My dog is recovering from surgery and so far everything has been covered including her physical therapy and adjustments. I highly recommend Spot!!

A Way to Better Enrollment
Enrollment went well when I called in and spoke with a live person. Many challenges trying to enroll going through my cell phone. Technology needs to work whether computer or cell phone. Much prefer dealing with a real live person who cares.

Compassionate Team
I have had MetLife for my dog for years. Unfortunately, he recently fell ill suddenly and passed away. The claim process was very easy. Every time I spoke to someone, they were very kind, compassionate, and explained the claim process thoroughly. I received reimbursement according to my plan without issue. I would recommend and use this carrier for pet insurance in the future!

I sent medical notes and invoice on 6/24/2024. Received a text stating they were received.. then on 7/10/2024 I received an email that I needed to send them again, due to not receiving them that's was my 2nd issue with Fetch im paying more for wellness I expect to receive what I am suppose to receive and in a timely fashion . the first was that I was one day earlier to vet then when policy went into effect i was not aware there was a start date hold that would start one day later after signing up with vet appt. Was 5/29/2024 I signed up with fetch on 5/29/2024. So invoice was denied any wellness amount that should have been applied If I had known this was the case... I would have cancelled the vets appt till later. Customer service rep I spoke to calmed me to stay in for the second visit and fetch will apply whats owed. I had even signed up for direct payments into bank Acct.

I provided all the records that were needed and they approved my claim in just 4 days. I am so grateful to ManyPets and very happy I bought this insurance. My dog is no longer in pain and neither am I for this expensive surgery. Thank you ManyPets!

Knox's Surgery
My little pup Knox recently hurt his knee. We had taken out Spot pet insurance on him as a puppy so we filed the claim first for the visit to the orthopedic doctor to get it checked and that visit was applied to our deductible. The advice of the orthopedic doctor was for surgery so a time was planed the surgery was done on a Monday filed the claim on Thursday with all information required and claim was paid on following Tuesday. Payment was direct deposit to our bank account. I would highly recommend Spot insurance, claim was easy to fill out and Payment was fast and accurate. Thank you Spot insurance for making this process fast and easy so I could take care of my fur baby.
