Easy to file/Long wait
Filing the claim was easy. I had requested the medical records and bills from the veterinarian so I was able to upload them at the same time as I filed the claim. However, it still took 34 days for them to process the claim which was a basic wellness visit. I would understand a delay if the insurance carrier had to get the bills and records and have to wait to receive them. However, it appears they had everything to process the claim on day 1. So unsure of why it took so long, but anything beyond 2 weeks doesn’t appear reasonable if there wasn’t a coverage concern or an issue with having the required paperwork.

3 days later still no contact
3 days later, trying to get sonnet manager call me back. Truly a horrible company, when it comes to claims. They were great when I was buying the policy 6 plus years ago, but now that I have a claim, realized what a racially prejudice company this is. What's the most disappointing thing, I'm actually surprised they are treating me like this. Shame on me. Update: Sonnet just pretends to add notes making it look like they help. Contacted chat and sent email. One supervisor out of office until Aug 21 and other won't receive my call or respond to emails.

I dislike that the promo code location…
I dislike that the promo code location wasn’t readily available when checking out. Because I didn’t want to miss applying for insurance within the 3 day visit at the vet, I paid wo the promo code and reached out to customer service. Probably one of the worse canned emails ever. Sorry, code had to used at time of payment and hoped we addressed your concerns.
