Total waste of money
Total waste of money, they dont even cover basic shots for your pet. spent $125 at a low cost pet clinic for boosters for my puppy shots and deworming and for whatever reason they only covered $50 bucks. Those are basic preventive shots, will cancel asap.

Love Our Coverage
I have had no problems with our coverage at all. The first claims do take a little longer but they do get handled. I have to say submitting a claim is super easy. All the staff I have worked with have been extremely helpful and friendly. We love our coverage.

Very unhappy
Very unhappy, put in a pre approved claim, had to send in multiple times, called up twice. Finally got the payment after a lot of aggravation. Also still have an outstanding invoice for an ear infection that I’ve sent in multiple times that hasn’t been paid. Decided to cancel coverage at renewal. Just a bad experience.
