HELP WITH MY CLAIM
I've had a very small claim under review for a while so I decided to call in to see what was actually holding it up. Kelsey not only clarified what was missing, but also called the vet hospital to get the document necessary to clear the claim. That was something I was expecting to do myself, but she sure made it easy for me.

Spot was very quick in reimbursing and was super accommodating. Some of these companies say they reimburse you but then pick everything apart. This company was very helpful to have at our backs when our dog needed multiple surgeries.
