Beware of this overpriced Vet insurance…
Had FetchPet insurance for 9 years and 2 months and then the premium went up 60% to a jaw dropping premium of over $3600....I was told that I should have been sending in ALL VET BILLS during this long time period, because sometimes they'll pay for things and other times they won't...WHO KNEW???...as of this month, they have a Wellness Plan...I'm sure it's a fortune, because it's an additional premium on top of the $3600...FetchPet is only good for catastrophic incidents and illnesses...it pays for none of the bills you get routinely taking care of your pet....it's not an ethical or honorable business...BEWARE and look elsewhere for similar coverage at a MUCH LOWER PRICE.

Very Efficient …
I had to phone in to change my contact phone number so I could access my account on line. Now this is complete I can service my account on my own time. The call didn’t take long and the wait before was minimal. They fixed my problem fast and pleasantly and now I can get on with other things not sitting on the phone for 20 minutes to 1 hour like their competitors, thanks again

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. There is a fee to cancel your policy but they won't tell you the balance (or excess fee) until AFTER you agree to pay "whatever amount they calculate". If this is their service to manage my policy, I can't imagine their service if I needed to make a claim. They auto-renewed my policy but never sent an email telling me it had been done or a copy of my receipt or a link to my new policy. nothing. just terrible service.
