ASPCA insurance is a great value
ASPCA insurance is a great value. They process claims quickly. I looked at other insurances but non match up to what ASPCA covers.

This was my first claim and I started by contacting customer service to be sure I was submitting properly. The team was extremely helpful and everything moved along quickly. It was even more helpful when a prior document for my puppy was missing and as handled directly between embrace and my vet. The claim was completed quickly and updates were sent through the process. Emergency surgery for my 10 month old puppy was stressful enough and the embrace team absolutely made everything easier.

Quick turn around time in processing claims. For the most part I am happy, but I do think you need to reconsider the cost you reimburse for vaccines and flea and tick medicine. $25 for tick medicine doesn't even pay for one dose. Without these required vaccines we could potentially have very sick pets. You need to be proactive and not reactive.
