The first claim took some work to get processed. After that initial claim, things have been problem free and flawless! I highly recommend them to anyone.

On the Spot!
I have made several claims with Spot Insurance, which they have paid promptly and professionally. I only wish my personal insurance was as easy to deal with as Spot. I highly recommend!!

The customer service is outstanding
The customer service is outstanding. My last dog had many chronic health issues and in over 10 years. I only had one claim that I had to contest and they resolved it quickly. I also appreciate that if more information is needed, they reach out to the veterinarian. My senior dog passed away, and I now have a puppy, and there was no question that I would stick with a ASPCA pet health insurance

Trash - look elsewhere.
Took weeks after a claim only to get denied. Cat needed shaving due to chronic matting. We get her shaved annually. This is the first time using Pets Best. Claimed denies as “grooming” isn’t covered. Wellness is also not covered. Other plans by other companies offer more for less.

Wellness is covered if you get the wellness option, which you obviously didn't. Pet's Best is not responsible for people's hurt feelings who don't read policy rules and coverage before they buy. Grooming also is normally not covered in any plan because it normally isn't essential. A cat shouldn't get constantly matted and need to be shaved all the time. It means you aren't caring for it properly, brushing, or bathing it. Don't blame a company for your shortcomings as a cat parent.

I am with ASPCA for 5 years I never had a problem, they reimburse me quickly and it is easy to file a claim I am very , very happy with my coverage I can recommend ASPCA to anyone

I have tried to submit my bill for reimbursement, but the site keeps saying account not found. Honestly, if this insurance doesn't cover the bill ahead of time, it's a waste of my money. If I had the costs to front my pet's care, then I would not need it. This is of no help especially when the website doesn't work.

Well worth the switch
Our two senior large dogs are insured through MetLife, previously with Pets Best (which I’ve also reviewed favorably). Everything takes about 1.5 times as long with MetLife, but after the initial pains of transferring over documentation, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Claims are clearly and cleanly processed, and any questions along the way can be quickly addressed with a simple phone call. After the switch, our dogs have a much more generous policy at an even lower cost.

Tibia Fracture in my Senior Cat
I Had to take my 16year boy to a Board Certified Surgeon to have a fracture repair which is very costly. approximately $7000. It was hard to come up with the funds up front but I managed and got remburssed very quickly!!! I was expexting to have to wait about a month for the funds back but they where much faster and it only took a week!!! This was a HUGE realife as I had to borrow the funds from friends and was able to pay them all back ASAP:) Without pet insurence this would not have been possible at all!!! THANKYOU
